Free entry artistic summer school courses have been organised by Painting & Patronage in Riyadh, Abha, Sintra and London.  Participants have included children, young adults and practising artists aged between 8 and 40 years of age. Course subjects have included geometry, calligraphy, drawing natural forms, landscapes, textile design and stencilling, watercolour and oil painting and the design and production of ceramic tiles.

In line with our charitable and educational mission participants on the summer school courses have included those from disadvanaged backgrounds as well as from multi-cultural and multi-faith communities.

Among Painting & Patronage summer school partners are the King Faisal Foundation, The Prince’s School of Traditional Arts in the United Kingdom, the King Fahad Academy and the Al-Miftaha Visual Arts Village.
